APPLICATION PROCESS AND REQUIREMENTS
In order to begin processing your application, the following requirements must be met:
- Each person 18 years and older must fill out an application. Regardless of income or lack of, (i.e. student, roommate, co-signer etc.)
- You must include a $25.00 application fee with each application upon submission. CASH, MONEY ORDER OR CASHIER’S CHECK ONLY. This is a NON-REFUNDABLE administration charge to cover processing your application.
- Applications must be filled out in its entirety. Names and Phone Numbers to Verify Your Information Are Mandatory.
- A copy of your Driver’s License or State Issued I.D. along with your Social Security Card will be requested upon your application submission.
- Proof of Income—Two most recent paycheck stubs. If self-employed, provide copies of your most recent tax filing, bank statements, or whichever source of taxable income is applicable. If on SSI a copy of your Notice of Action or an official letter of coverage must be submitted.
- Please include the full property address you are applying for.
REQUIREMENTS TO RENT
- Gross monthly income MUST equal two and a half (2 ½) times the monthly rental amount. Example: If rent is $1000, the required monthly income must be equal or greater than $2500. If one or more adults are applying, the combined gross monthly income must meet this requirement.
- Credit Scores must be above 620. Applicant is subject to a higher security deposit if a credit score of 600 is approved.
- We do not accept co-signers unless applicants are active students.
