Long Beach Investments is independently owned and operated. We self manage only the properties we own, we do not manage for other people. That is the key, when you rent from Long Beach Investments, you will have a higher quality experience as we are hands on and truly care about all of our buildings. All you have to do is drive by and see the well kept grounds, beautiful flowers out front to see we take pride in our properties! We have been serving residents for over 40 years in Long Beach and its surrounding areas!

Pride of Ownership
From curb to interiors you can see the pride of ownership; nice landscaping, updated interiors, always freshly painted, no trash, always well-kept. "Slumlords" with unclean buildings that do not have regular upkeep. These property management companies have no pride of ownership and just collect rents.
Maintenance Issues In house full time team members which means always a quick turn around time for maintenance concerns and people that you know and trust in your home. Most management companies use outside vendors that they do not vet and are not familiar with so they can save a buck. This lacks quality of work at times and strangers in and out of your home.
Quality of Living Respectful and quiet buildings with no parties, non-smoking, well kept common areas and friendly neighbors. Typically consist of loud and noisy tenants that have not been through a screening process, which makes the excessive noises and right to a private life difficult.
Communication We have a direct number for easy contact with our Tenant Relations Team and easy communication with the owner who is in office. You tend to have to call dozens of times to get a response or to remind them of issues arising. There isn’t one on one contact ever allowed with the owner and communication is always difficult.
Interior Remodels Brand new units featuring new and updated cabinets, granite countertops, new or stainless-steel appliances included, custom tile in bathrooms and kitchen, hardwood floors and/or clean and modern carpet, and fresh paint. Property Management companies tend to not take pride in their properties because they don’t own them; they simpy manage them. This results in doing the bare minimum to make a unit rentable; you’ll be lucky for fresh paint.
