Long Beach Investments is independently owned and operated. We self manage only the properties we own, we do not manage for other people. That is the key, when you rent from Long Beach Investments, you will have a higher quality experience as we are hands on and truly care about all of our buildings. All you have to do is drive by and see the well kept grounds, beautiful flowers out front to see we take pride in our properties! We have been serving residents for over 40 years in Long Beach and its surrounding areas!

Pride of Ownership
|From curb to interiors you can see the pride of ownership; nice landscaping, updated interiors, always freshly painted, no trash, always well-kept.||"Slumlords" with unclean buildings that do not have regular upkeep. These property management companies have no pride of ownership and just collect rents.|
|Maintenance Issues||In house full time team members which means always a quick turn around time for maintenance concerns and people that you know and trust in your home.||Most management companies use outside vendors that they do not vet and are not familiar with so they can save a buck. This lacks quality of work at times and strangers in and out of your home.|
|Quality of Living||Respectful and quiet buildings with no parties, non-smoking, well kept common areas and friendly neighbors.||Typically consist of loud and noisy tenants that have not been through a screening process, which makes the excessive noises and right to a private life difficult.|
|Communication||We have a direct number for easy contact with our Tenant Relations Team and easy communication with the owner who is in office.||You tend to have to call dozens of times to get a response or to remind them of issues arising. There isn't one on one contact ever allowed with the owner and communication is always difficult.|
|Interior Remodels||Brand new units featuring new and updated cabinets, granite countertops, new or stainless-steel appliances included, custom tile in bathrooms and kitchen, hardwood floors and/or clean and modern carpet, and fresh paint.||Property Management companies tend to not take pride in their properties because they don't own them; they simpy manage them. This results in doing the bare minimum to make a unit rentable; you'll be lucky for fresh paint.|
This has been the greatest experience I have experienced when it comes to renting an apartment Long Beach Investments it is definitely top of the line rental office I moved into their Redondo building 2 years ago and my moving process was awesome submitted my application as soon as they got back to me letting me know my application was approved the process there was nice and smooth came in to give my deposit they notify me of my moving date day on my moving date I arrived to the unit and a very kind and respectful man name Guillermo was waiting for me and my wife to give us our keys and walk us through our new what we call home my unit is definitely top of the line came with all new appliances granted counters beautiful hardwood floor's and you paint also was included with a one-car garage which is great and also receive a warming welcome basket that included a pizza gift card!!!! I love my property! I appreciate the staff who are kind and courteous. On the rare occasion that I have needed service to my apartment the staff has been quick to respond and attentive to the repair. I've never had a problem! Plus the first week of the month there are freshly baked cookies in the office.

We lived there for a little over a year on the property in Garden Grove. Generally quiet neighborhood. Our apartment was nicely remodeled. When we needed repair, our maintenance person responded in a timely manner. Office staff was quick to respond to our questions either by email or phone. Rent is much cheaper compared to many other places for a 2 bedtime with a 2 car garage and laundry in your unit. We recently moved out and got most of our security deposit back. Agreeing with the previous reviewer, paying rent each month was relatively inconvenient, because we had to get in line at the bank or post office to get a cashiers check or money order. Then mailed or took it to the Long Beach office from Garden Grove. They only accept this form of payment. Our recommendation is having an online payment app so it would be easier for everyone to pay their rent. Otherwise, they are fantastic.

This is my review of the rental experience at Garden Grove building with Long Beach Investments. I lived in Garden Grove Apartment for 3years, and I LOVED my apartment. The location was safe with quite neighbor. It is gated community, but the surrounding area was very safe. The apartment was recently renovated with washer/dryer in it. Hardwood floor, air conditioning, and a fireplace was a nice addition. I was in one bedroom apartment, but the place was huge for me. I ended having one side of the apartment as my cats’ playground. Maintenance was fast and reliable. I had an issue with my garage door, and they were prompted about fixing it. I had the same issue for the garage door once in a while, and they decided to change to a new garage door opener which was great! I got a new job up in northern California, so I had to move out. While I was apartment hunting, I did some research in Garden Grove area and noticed that the apartment I lived was a very good deal. Great location, amenities, and pricing. This is the best place to rent. I have been a tenant for last 15 years and have had no problems. I have only gotten 2 rental increases in the last 15 years. By the way this is a family owned operated business and their respond to your needs is quick and flexible. I currently lease one property in Long Beach for myself and two other properties for my kids in Garden Grove. I highly recommend to lease and/or rent from Long Beach Investments.

I have lived on 4th street apartments for 18 years! Yes 18 years with Long Beach investments! During my time renting with the company I have had many encounters with the maintenance team. Guillermo has always come out to my apt. And fixed many issues through the years! Guillermo is very respectful , polite and always makes sure to knock before he comes in my apartment and inside the bedrooms if doors are closed. He always cleans up behind himself, and many times I have allowed him to come in when I was not home and then I’m happy to come home to my maintenance request repaired! I’m very happy living here and would recommend this company to anyone looking for a nice apartment to rent!
